Its difficult to say why but in a week this happen at least 2-3 times and the last time it even not open the door. Is the lock damaged? I have installed two weeks ago and bought it from Amazon what should I do?
For me the solution was, change the batteries and re-calibrate. Make sure the nuki wasn’t moved in any open/lock action, just plug-off the nuki and re-fit the screws.
Had the same problem - solution for me was to go for beta SW…
The motor block problem appeared after last “normal” FW update (at least for me)
New batteries worked for me, too.

This is very annoying. Far away and people are stucj outside. How to still open the door from far away when this issue occure?
