WiFi not found in listing in Nuki Bridge

Hi there

My Nuki Bridge does not find both of my WiFi network - they simply do not appear in the list. I tried to set it up manually and receive an error message (error code 10).
Any other device finds the WiFi, only Nuki does not.

Any advice how to fix this?

Can you cross-check with another Wifi or a hotspot (e.g. from your phone) if this works?

The hotspot from my phone works.

Could it be that 5 Ghz networks are not visible?

I would follow up with support, if they had answered in the last 2 weeks.

Yes, the Nuki Bridge only supports 2.4 GHz networks (see FAQs at https://nuki.io/en/bridge/).
