I installed 3 opener and 4 smart locks with 30 users. After several changes in user permission and in user name and email I found one mismatching between the user app, the admin app and nuki web. User appears in nuki web but not in the app, same for his permission, but he cannot be deleted, besides the user cannot use his permission as seems not active on his app(same for new permission granted to him) It is very strange as it is one single over 30 users. Is there a way to force synchronization between nuki app and nuki web ??as they seems asynchron in this case.
