Unlock rejected / user not authorized

Lately, auto unlock didn’t work properly, at first it took a long time before unlocking, then it stopped working. Since yesterday whenever i approach the door i get the error message that unlock was rejected and in the activity log shows that my phone and my wife’s is not authorized. I open the door manually via the app.

Are you using the latest Beta-firmware for the Smart Lock (2.7.8)?

Just send your Smart Lock ID to our customer support and they can remove you from the Beta channel. But keep in mind that this will only change the updates you will receive in the future. You can not downgrade to the last public firmare version.
