My first version of the smart lock completely died after 5 years due to the failure of the engine that engages/disengages the rotating one. Replacing the motor + shipments would have cost me more than half a new lock (unless buying big quantities…) and since I like Nuki products (I also own a bridge and opener) I decided to buy a new one and after looking at the options available to me at the moment I went for the nuki smart lock go. On the product’s page nowhere it’s written that the smart lock go doesn’t support the bridge (it only says that the bridge is not needed if one wants to connect it to the internet) and moreover this is shown:
I tried getting in contact with nuki support over it but I only get answers that seem to be written by AI, not relevant to the question at all.
Is there a way to connect the Smart Lock Go with the bridge? If not, why would nuki not give the options since they must have already all the hardware required to do so in it?
