Smart Lock 3.0 Pro and Amazon Alexa - device unresponsive

Purchased Smart Lock 3.0 Pro, configured with app to connect to wifi (no bridge).
Integrated it with Amazon Alexa through Nuki skill, device discovered and added to Alexa.
Now the status is “Device is unresponsive”

Can this be solved or I should return the product back?
