1. Make sure you have the latest iOS (2.4.0) or Android (2.4.1) Nuki App.
2. Make sure your Opener has the latest firmware 1.1.10.
3. Reconfigure the opener (Administration > Opener konfigurieren). Start with the basic cabling (RED to RED and BLACK to BLACK) mentioned in the connection guide for unknown bus intercoms and test if it works.
4. Move to the enhanced setup if the basic setup works.

Minimum requirements are iOS 2.4.0, Android 2.4.1, Opener firmware 1.1.10 (Beta version not required!)
