I am using Ring to Open in an apartment building with a shared intercom system.
Problem:
The system does not differentiate between ringing at the building entrance and ringing at my apartment door. As a result, Ring to Open is triggered in both cases, causing the main entrance door to open even when someone rings directly at my apartment.
This leads to confusion, as the door unlock sound is heard even though the visitor is already at my apartment door.
Feature request:
Option to ignore additional rings for a defined period after the first trigger (cooldown, e.g. 10 minutes)
This would significantly improve usability in multi-apartment buildings.
