My opener stops working properly. It seems to be working fine except that it doesn’t actually unlock the door. It happened once a few months ago, it happened a few hours ago. I am not sure what had to be done last time it happened. Is there anything that can be done remotely to fix this? Remotely is key here. I can’t see any reboot button or anything similar. I can do factory reset, but will I be able to configure it all back remotely? I’m not sure, I didn’t install it myself but I suspect this will not be possible so I do not want to try.
What can be done?
IP plug, when opener stops working, you can turn off and on the IP plug, what should let the opener reboot.
