What does the “remote access” permission mean in the user settings?

Without “remote access” a user can only get the state of the device and send lockActions to the device via Bluetooth.
does this also apply to Opener?
@Evan_Stergiou This is indeed a bit different for the Opener, as it will not be in Bluetooth range in the default case (user in front of the main door with Opener in the flat). So default invite always is with remote access for the Opener!
