PMS connection

Could you sy help please how to make a connection between our PMS and the Nuki?
I have a message in PMS that I don’t know what It means:
"“There is no unassigned lock in your Nuki account therefore you cannot initiate the connection with this roomtype. Create a new lock first in your Nuki account then try the mapping in PMS again.”
How can I create new lock?

Hi!

Reading the error message it sounds like you are using a software with Nuki integration. So if you are unclear about that error best ask their support.
