I’ve recently been enjoying my new smart lock 2.0, but have a question about what to expect when someone uses the key to open the door.
Me and my wife both have Auto Unlock configured and working. However, occasionally my dad will use his key to enter the house, I then notice this will disable the auto lock of the door…but the status will be locked, and activity log will show it was locked after closing the door…even though the door is unlocked.
I’ve noticed this a few times now, and just wanted to see if opening with a key sets off a manual override where auto lock is disabled temporarily?
