I just realized the opener opens whenever the buzzer is pressed. I originally thought it was because i had Auto Unlock on and it would enable ring to open when I came home realized today it just opens even when not on ring to open.
Is there a solution to this security breach?
And what is your setup like?
My Opener only acts when required.
This is the setup which was given by support.
I’ve since upgraded to the latest firmware and I’m still having this issue.
I’d recommend everyone test if their opener has this issue as I never realised it as I was always enabling ring to open first.
Just realized this is not a Nuki issue. I have disconnected Nuki from my intercom and it still opens whenever pressed meaning the rewiring I did now causes this problem.
Had anyone has this issue before?
