My API tokens have custom names set, but in the activity log I see “Nuki Web (null)”. Seems more people are having issues with this and redirected me to the support team but they redirect me to the developers forum. Anyone has a solution for this?

Are you using any integration other than your API tokens? Perhaps a third-party integration isn’t passing the correct value for the log entry.
If you share your Nuki Web e-mail address via a direct message to me, I can take a look to see if there is an obvious issue.
