Nuki User registered, can use it, but not listed in the push notification menu (app)

I have a Nuki 3.0, Bridge and Opener.

User B was registered successfully for both Opener and Lock. It works flawlessly. I can see user B in the menu >access > user area.

However, even after reconnecting with Nuki web multiple times, user B is not listed in configurations > integration >push notifications.

Is this a bug, or how can I correct that?
