My Nuki Ultra doesnt work anymore. This morning it worked normal, but when i came back at 12 a clock the nuki didnt open the door. Connection via app doesnt work and the LED ring isnt lighted anymore. The lock is like dead. I charged it yesterday to 100% so i dont think its a battery problem. Any Suggestions to restore it or do i need a new one? Not really sure if that Nuki ultra is already ready for …
I have the same problem since today with my new ultra. It does not work any more - no LED signalization, no connection in the app. It is now connected to the charging cable, but does not look like anything is happening. I have now opened a ticket via email. Hopefully it won’t have to be exchanged.
Please contact customer support as this is an individual problem, which we can not not solve here in the forum.
