It seem’s so that the Nuki-support doesn’t now, what a warranty is.

I have a problem with my fob, the key hole is broken, it is a known problem with the fobs.
The Lady in the Nuki Hotline told me, I have to go to the dealer with this problem.
How long is the warranty for nuki products? 2 years?
It is not user friendly!
