Nuki SL not opening door

Hello,

Today I installed the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0, I have updated the firmware, calibrated (multiple times) and it can lock and unlock the door but it can’t open it.
If I do manually from the Nuki rotating the knob it works, from the app it can’t and sometimes the app shows me a ban sign.

Does someone have the same problem? How do I solve this?
