I’m a new user of the Nuki Opener (former user of “nello”), and I can’t quite understand one of the function it has: I’m talking about the “Users” functions. This is like a “time windows”, where the Opener will open the door regardless of who is ringing, or the person must have the Nuki app installed on their phone to make it work?

Users need the Nuki App and can use the same actions as you if you invite them, but you can set time restrictions for their access. (Be also sure to set an Admin PIN before you send out invites, so nobody else can change any settings or invite other users).
The “time window where ringing the bell opens the door” is our “Ring to Open” action.
