Nuki Opener makes the doorbell on the appartment door quite

Hi,

I installed a Nuki Opener successful at my home. It works fine for the door bell of the house door (ground floor). But the door bell in the third floor is not working anymore. What is wrong? I attached photos with the wiring and the intercom model. Thanks for your help!

But NUKI SUPPORT does not exist… I have never get any answer from them…
oh… ok… once… but they just copy and paste some standard text “please reset and replace batteries blah blah blah…”
