Nuki calibration issues - unable to turn the key completely

I own a Nuki v2.
I recently changed the cylinder of the door where the Nuki is installed.
After swapping the cylinder I reset the smart lock and started a new calibration.
However, the smartlock seems to have problems to calibrate properly. Actually, it turns the key of few degrees, pulling the deadbolt for few millimetres.
The key turns smoothly. If i manually turn the key (2x, 720°) the smartlock is able to open the door.

So, I can open the door using the device, but I can’t lock it.

Have you any idea to solve the problem?
