Hi,
we have a nuki bridge, i see it online on the router, but no acces over internet.
which wifi version has to be?
I know 2.4ghz but b?g?n?

I used to have this problem and since I started to reboot the bridge every week it solved.

Since I have the bridge/lock integrated into my home automation system, it was easy to command the reboot automatically.

Hi
I put the device back to dhcp on router and it came back online.
As soon as i assign fix ip on the router, it goes offline.
Horrible

the Bridge should work with both settings: static and dynamic DHCP.
