Das “Access Restriction” Feature von Nuki ist leistungsfähig, aber seine Usability leidet, wenn die entscheidenden Zeitinformationen nicht an den Endnutzer (Gast) kommuniziert werden.
- Reduktion des Kommunikationsaufwands: Aktuell zwingt Nuki Hosts dazu, grundlegende Informationen (Startzeit) über separate, nicht integrierte Kommunikationswege zu übermitteln. Dieses Feature eliminiert diese Dopplarbeit vollständig.
- Steigerung der Gastzufriedenheit: Die Klarheit, wann der Zutritt beginnt, verhindert Verwirrung und Unsicherheit beim Gast.
Dieses Feature schließt die Lücke zwischen einer erteilten Berechtigung und der nutzerfreundlichen Kommunikation dieser Berechtigung.

This feature significantly improves the user experience for hosts and guests by displaying the exact start and end times of their time-restricted access authorization directly in the Nuki App to guest users. The goal is to eliminate the need for separate external communication.

The lack of transparency regarding future validity times is currently a critical usability flaw. The desired function solves this:
