No problem, I have just got the chance to test this, and it finally have fixed the issue!

SL2.0 now works flawlessly with RPi4!

What kind of impact will switching off HomeKit have on the BLE speed?

Establishing a connection can become faster.
It has no impact on the actual speed of the data transmission.
