The Bluetooth connection off the phone with the smart lock fails. If I have a connection and try to update firmware it loses the connection. Tried different phones all the same problem.
Already contacted nuki a week ago. Don’t get any answer.
So I’ll my bridge fails I can’t get in my own house because off crappy Bluetooth connection.
Had a similar problem. In the end I did a hard reset on the lock (remove batteries, then replace them while holding the button down), which restored Bluetooth. I have Bluetooth pairing switched off on the lock for security reasons, and I suspect this was causing difficulties when trying to resolve connection issues. I now have Energy Saving Mode set to fast, which reduces the Bluetooth scanning interval. Connection seems pretty reliable, although auto unlock often doesn’t happen until I’m reaching for my keys.
