Hi,
I have my nuki lock, bridge and opener working for sometime. Todah I got a keypad and fob. Keypad was paired without problem. Fob goes into maintenance mode, I can connect though the app, I can see that no locks are paired and that the firmware is at 1.3. If I try to update the firmware it download and transfers but when instalking I get a error code 21. If I try to add my lock I get error code 03 and it says it lost connection to the fob. Please help.
