Need Help With Opener - Firmware / installation errors

Hello Nuki Developers,

I’m trying to set up a Nuki Opener on my apartment intercom but the setup fails repeatedly, and I need help confirming the correct wiring.

My intercom:

Manufacturer: René Koch AG (KOCH)
Model: VML30, version V3.05 (label also shows IG50.0000, L 622066)
Type: video indoor station, appears to be TC:Bus / TCS

Terminal labels on my intercom (top → bottom) (as well as what is plugged):

  1. A = white from yellow white pair
  2. B = yellow from yellow white pair
  3. E = blue from blue white pair 1
  4. P +19 26v = white from blue white pair 1 and another white from another blue white pair 2
  5. M -18 26V = blue from blue white pair 2
  6. K = empty
  7. V1 (T2) = brown from brown white pair and green from green white pair
  8. V2 (T1) = white from brown white pair and white from green white pair my model according to its label is Koch VML30 V3.05 IG50.0000

The problem:

During setup, I get “Firmware transfer failed — Stay within Bluetooth range of your Smart Lock and try again.” (“Download firmware” succeeds ![:white_check_mark:], but “Transfer firmware to device” fails ![:x:] — “Update could not be transferred”).

At the “Close the intercom” step I also get “Something went wrong, please try again.”
This happens with every wiring combination I’ve tried.

My questions:

Please provide the exact wiring diagram for the Opener with the KOCH VML30 (V3.05, TC:Bus) — specifically which of my terminals (A, B, E, P, M, K, V1/T2, V2/T1) each Opener wire should connect to.

Is there anything specific about VML30 video stations I should know for compatibility?

Look at the photos, please.

Thank you very much for your help!

Kind regards,
inZug

sorry for multiple posts, as a new user i can only do one picture at a time.

i managed to make it work. the opener needed to be factory reset and then it worked properly.
