The [Severe] errors look like the Nuki App has no internet access, so can’t get states from our server.
Has your smartphone been offline at that point or did you restrict the rights for the App?
Also did you get this while being remote or near the Smart Lock?

These messages are from while I was remote (at work) and I noticed that my lock was offline. When I got home I no longer could enter my house (I had to use my ‘hardware’ key).
I have not (knowingly) restricted rights, but trying to get my Smartlock online again, I did restart my phone (while I was at work).

O.k., this explains why the BLE-fallback also didn’t work (other error messages).
It would be best to also forward a complete log file to our support so they can check if this happens regularly for your App.

I send them the entire log yesterday.

I just called support. They wrote down my name and number and said that I would probably be called back today…

I have been called by a lovely lady from Nuki support! She helped my out and now my lock is working as is should!
Thank you very much! You have regained my trust! I am sure (eventually) everything is going to work as promised!

For those who have been struggling like I have, I thought that I could not factory reset my lock because I could not make a connection with it in the setup phase. You can find a factory reset option under the help menu! I did not know that.
Also, one of the things a learned from the lovely lady was that you need to press the button on the Nuki smart lock WHILE inserting the batteries! I tried many thing, but not that!

In my search for an answer I did not find the procedure to press the button while inserting the battery pack. When doing so the upper part of the light circle will glow, indicating ‘maintenance’ mode. While executing the Smart Lock setup wizard, it says that you need to wait until the entire cirkel glows continiously… strange, because I also thought that, that would indicate maintenance mode.

Anyhow, my lock works again! Thank you for your assistance!
