Can someone confirm that the lockway optimization doesn’t work really, - no matter how much degrees in no matter what direction I chose, it changes really nothing, all keeps the same (nuki-lock Version 1)!? Thanks!
No one will confirm this, because it does work.
Please contact our support via the Nuki App (Menu > Help > Contact Customer Support) for further help. This forum is focused on developer related issues.
I can just write my experience, and it worked not one time, also no change after firmware update, and this persists a while now, and as I wrote, because also Firmware Update changed nothing, I wanted to ask some other users, if some users maybe knowing this also and can confirm this, or if its just my lock. But I will again contact nuki over the app for this, as you mentioned! Some users helped me here, to setup and solve some things and issues on my nuki devices, and I also helped some users here, and was thinking this is the place, because I found no forum besides of this here, - is there some nuki User forum, for discussion and helping each other!?
Nuki does not operate an official user forum. There is a (german speaking) group on Facebook and threads in most forums of the Smart Home hubs into which Nuki is integrated.
Yeah I know these, but they are not really good to really find some solutions, but thanks for the info.
