I own a B&B in Amsterdam, Netherlands and my guests are mainly international. The automated invite message is in Dutch so I cannot send it to guests and have to manually change it every time I make a new user (about 5 to 8 times a week).
Is there any way to change it and choose to have my lock in English?
Hi Marta,
all Nuki Web e-mails are sent in the language of your Nuki Web account.
If you change your Nuki Web account language to English (top right flag), the mails will be send in English.
Additionally, you can change the language for the invite e-mail directly when creating a new invitation via Nuki Web.
