Keypad not unlocking door

Hi, I set up my snarling 3 and bridge sometime ago and works well. I added a keypad 2 weeks ago and it worked for 2 days and stopped working

I enter the code and the lights flash but the lock does not unlock

I’ve reset the keypad etc and it says it’s connected but it never unlocks the door. Any ideas?

Have you talked to support? There seems to be an issue with the current firmware of loosing connections

Same issue here with keypad 1.0 and smart lock 3.0 on latest firmwares. Sent a message to support about this.

Which lights, the one from the Keypad or the one from the Smart Lock?

If it’s the Keypad you can check this.
If it’s the Smart Lock check the activity log.
