iOS Nuki App 2024.12.2(2604) - No push notifications door bell

Hello all,

I do not receive any push notifications from the Nuki app 2024.12.2(2604) on my iPhone when someone presses the doorbell at the door.

  • No ring actions are logged in Nuki Web.
  • Notification for “Ring” is activated under Notifications. I have already deactivated and reactivated it, no help.
  • Already unassigned Nuki Web connection in my Opener settings and reassigned it.
  • In the iOS Settings for App Nuki all notifications are enabled.
  • There is only one user in Nuki Web.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

Hello all,

I made another try earlier.
Now “unknown ring” has been logged and received a push message. So far so good. :slight_smile:

Then I activated the permanent mode and tested again, here the permanent mode (ring to open) was logged, but no loggin about “unknown ring”. This made me realize that “unkown ring” is only logged if no ring to open, respectively no permanent mode is active. Can anyone confirm this?
If so, that would be a great pity. This function in particular would be useful. (Parcel services etc.)
