Not sure how the Cremone handle works, but Nuki has support for lift-up handles. Make sure that you set up the lock properly for lift-up handles. There is a help center article about it.
Probably the most important thing is that the position in which the lock is after it “crashed” into a not lifted handle is still “unlocked”. You can shift the transition from locked to unlocked within the Smart locks settings > Features & Configuration > General > Optimize Locking.
