Impossible to have pre-order support

I do not know why it looks so difficult to have an help from you: it looks like if you’re not interested in selling your product.

I wrote mails (the 1st with request 297437), sent pictures of the door lock you asked for (even with measures), I tried 3 chats (suddenly ended in the middle), but no answers at all.
I’m only trying to understand if and how your product can be installed on my door.

What’s the problem?

I would like to undestand if Smart Lock 3.0 Pro box is coming with the 2 plates (both A and B), or if I should order the correct ones separately. Please… can you check and answer my eMail?
