How to perform a hard reset - nuki ultra

hi everyone,
it seems i can’t pair my nuki ultra pressing central button. i can’t reset smart lock through app because i didn’t see any smart lock , i need to do a hard reset.
maybe also because bluetooth pairing feature was disable in app.
i don’t know how to pair once again my smart lock.
when i press 10 sec central button the ring goes full red but nothing change.

you can factory reset the Smart Lock via the Nuki app by going into the Side menu → Factory reset → Smart Lock factory reset → Smart Lock with built-in batteries and follow the instructions there

Hi Zoran,
i can’t connect to smart lock with nuki app. i need to pair with my smart lock but as i mentioned before i toggle off the option for bluetooth pairing pressing central button on smart lock.
i have unfortunately deleted my profile from the app, i was trying to configure matter and HomeKit to control it from remote ( i didn’t work ) and then i remove my profile from users. so i’m locked out from my smart lock. i need a work around to restore factory setting without the possibility to use nuki app.

i tried to follow but the ring never get white. it always flasha red

exactly, those are the instructions which should be followed in order to factory reset the Smart Lock

as mentioned in the instructions, you need to hold the button for ~10s until the top segment lights up RED permanently (in your video that’s the state at around 0:13 and 0:27), then release the button and quickly press it again, until the top segment lights up WHITE permanently.

based on the video the step “quickly press again” is not quick enough, the pause inbetween the presses is too long
