How to disable the invite email sent by Nuki

I use SupherHote as channel manager.

I’ve setup the Nuki/SuperHote link (using Nuki’s “API token”), and I see that “I” have sent to all my upcoming travelers, and even those who have canceled by the way (apparently it was only received on Booking, not Airbnb) a message starting with “This is an invitation for the Nuki Smart Lock” (well it’s in French, not in English, but that’s what it means).

How do I make sure this doesn’t happen again? I would like to disable this automated mail/message.

SuperHote is integrated with Nuki via the API. What I would like is that Nuki creates a code (for the keypad) for each booking that I have, only valid during the booking of course, and then send this code to SuperHote. So that I can get it, and send it myself.

All of that seems to work fine, but Nuki sends as well a message, at least to my guests from Booking.com, even those who have cancelled their booking by the way, and I don’t want this message to be sent! Especially since I want the code to be sent to my guests once they have completed some “tasks” (signing a rental contract, making a deposit, etc.), so I want to have control over that.

(FR): Même problème que j’essai de régler depuis des semaines ! J’ai contacté a la fois Superhote et Nuki qui m’ont renvoyé vers cet endroit, à priori au début seul Booking envoyait ce mail d’invitation à télécharger l’appli mais maintenant même des réservation via Airbnb sont concernées ! Un voyageur a même annulé sa réservation car il trouvait ça trop compliqué, aucun message n’étant visible sur la messagerie Airbnb il est possible que Nuki envoie le mail d’invitation directement sur le mail des voyageurs, il faut absolument pouvoir désactiver l’envoi d’e ce mail pour limiter l’accès uniquement via un code du Keypad !

Bonjour, depuis votre nuki web, selectionner Location courte duree, puis votre location, parametres, vous pouvez choisir de n’envoyer l’email qu’à vous meme, qu’à votre hôte, à vous et à l’hôte en même temps, ou à personne.
