I was asking the same question here, it was weird to find the steps to enter debug mode, which allegedly did not actually enable it, however I am really unsure as the entry was there before doing that already, and now the topic is not being published! Disabling debug mode again did not resolve either.
Looking at firmware version, 4.1.8 seems outdated, 4.3.2 is the latest.

Interestingly, I just experienced that a lock event from pressing the button was reported correctly, while the Thread action isn’t being reported.
