Failed to update nuki firmware to 2.6.4

Hi everyone.
As the title says, it’s impossible for me to update the firmware of my smart lock to 2.6.4.
The progression stop at 2% and the app tell me to restart my nuki.
I test the update after restart, after replacing the battery and with another phone with another android version. Nothing works.
Any idea?
Other question. Is it normal, since 2-3 months now, that I didn’t receive Smart notification to unlock my nuki anymore when I’m close to the smart lock? Smart alerts works! I have the least version of the android nuki app.
