Hi, just received an error 0x08 after pressing the lock button to unlock my door. The lock stoppednresponding for some seconds then seemed to recalibrate. Now works again. Is this some serious error or something I can ignore?
Error code 0x08 means, that an action could not be executed completely.
This is usually due to an insufficient battery supply.
Are your batteries new and the contacts clean?
If the error persists with new batteries please contact our support at contact@nuki.io.
Else there should be no cause for concern.
