I have your same device and I solved so:
Purple cable and black cable both inserted in pin 3
Blue cable inserted in pin 8
With this configuration I can open via the Nuki app the other cables I did not connect them to me I needed to be able to open when I approached home with this configuration I do not receive notifications on the app but I do not care

How did you connect the Elvox 6600? Just Like the Elvox 6620 as offered by the app (remove cable from position 8 and connect to yellow. then: 5: black+violet, 1: red, 2: orange, 8: green, 9: blue)?
The Nuki app setup only shows the 6620 and the 6620 has the same cabling in the diagram above as the 6600.
The analog video signal of the 6600 is connected via separate cables, Nuki should not have any impact on it. Did maybe the cable came loose when you installed the opener’s cables?
Is the 6600 now working for you including video?
