Change action order in app

Hi,

Is it possible to change the order of the actions on the iPhone app when tapping on a Nuki lock from the main screen of the app? Now it shows ‘open door’ and ‘lock door’ and you have to swipe up in order to show the other two actions. Since I’m using Auto Unlock the ‘open door’ action is not being used, so I would like that to be ‘unlock door’ and move ‘open door’ to the initially hidden actions. Is that possible?

No, this is not possible. But you can use a widget for fast access to this function.

Hi Jürgen,

I have 4 smart locks and the actions of one smart lock is different to the other three (open door is not on the top actions). Is there any way to fix this without resetting everything?

Open door is only top action when you choose to have a “knob” at the outside. You can change that in the settings.
