I had someone leave my apartment and they said they did lock and go and heard the grinding when outside the door. They were fairly certain it was locked but when I looked on the app it wasn’t unlocked and said the lock and go had been cancelled. I then locked the door and it now says locked.
I’m away for a week and just wanted to be sure the Nuki status is always correct and it’s impossible for the status to be the opposite for some reason?
