Hi all, from a few days seems that the lock is not able to keep the calibration.
Basically don’t turn the key completely and the door remain looked. After a new calibration everything seems fine but after few hours happens again.
I tried a factory reset and new calibration but nothing seems work.
I’m really lost because I’m not usual grab my keys and the risk to stay out of the door is high 
Any suggestion is appreciated
Did you try the latest Firmware update (2.5.4).
There has been some fix in it for lost calibration so it may have solved your issue.
