Meanwhile I have installed firmware 5.8.11 on the Nuki Pro’s and iOS App version 2026.8.1-Beta (2754), 22.07.2026 but still no auto lock when leaving my 4 Nuki Pro’s. I am not sure if this is a firmware thing and/or in combination with the (beta) app version on IOS, or even an issue with the firmware of the iPhone itself.

Hi Johan, thank you for the feedback! We have published version 2026.8.1-Beta (2757) with a fix for this issue. Please update and let us know if locking after geofence exit is working again for you!

Hi David,
Thank you for the/this update! I have installed 2026.8.1-Beta (2757) and figured out that the auto locking (geofence exit) worked for the Nuki Pro with a door sensor! The other 3 Nuki Pro’s (without door sensor) didn’t auto lock after geofence exit.

Thank you for the feedback. The geofence exit action in the Auto Unlock expert settings is unrelated to wether or not your device is paired with a door sensor or not. Therefore please double check that the expert settings for all the devices are configured accordingly (Geofence exit → Lock). Additionally all of the devices need to be online at the time of the exit.
If that’s indeed the case, we’d have to look into this further. You can create a support ticket from the app and PM me the ticket number in order for me to grab it directly.
