  • We fixed a bug where the expert settings were not executed correctly when exiting the Geofence!

No Auto Lock when leaving Geofence. In Expert Settings “Lock” when leaving Geofence is still enabled.

Same issue as in IOS Beta 2026.8.1 but was fixed with Build 2757

could you tell me which type of Smart Lock was affected by that issue?

Edit: we’ve potentially found the bug and there should be a new Beta version soon - will keep you posted!

Edit#2: the bugfix should be released with the latest version 2026.8.1 (1370)

Smart Lock Ultra FW 5.8.11
Yes, ver. 2026.8.1 (1370) fixed this issue.
Lock when exiting Geofence is now working.

Should have tested this better. Auto unlock not working anymore. :flushed:

in case you have some individual issues with Auto Unlock please create a support ticket via Sidemenu → Help → Contact customer support and provide further details such as when the Auto Unlock wasn’t triggered etc.
